Mindfulness is the simple practice of bringing your whole focus to the present moment. There are many ways to bring mindfulness meditation into your life and we are interested in showing you a few.
One Mindful Day is a SILENT, full day workshop designed to assist us in experiencing a temporarily state of mindfulness; while, learning simple meditation-based mindfulness techniques that may be applied in our day to day lives.
The day will feature a combination of yoga, hiking, meditation, mindful eating and sound healing all aimed at progressively inducing us into a state of presence.

During the day we will be observing the following code of discipline:
- To abstain from talking
- To abstain from killing any being
- To abstain from all intoxicants
- To abstain from sensual entertainment and bodily decorations
This workshop will run for 2 days, on Saturday the 26th & Sunday the 27th of May. Spaces are limited, so pick your day and book your spot early on.
8:00 to 9:30 – Arrival and registration; serving fruits, healthy snacks and tea
9:30 to 10:00 – Opening ceremony

10:00 to 11:15 – Hatha yoga session with Mahadevi Malek
11:30 to 12:15 – Mindful hike with Sukha Hassane Mourad
12:30 to 13:45 – Meditation session with Sree Kumar
14:00 to 15:00 – Mindful vegan lunch
15:00 t0 16:15 – Sound healing bath with Sophia Kosma
16:30 to 17:00 – Closing ceremony

*This workshop is suitable for beginners who are looking for an introduction to mindfulness meditation; and practitioners, who are looking for a nice quiet day in nature.
*This workshop is suitable for those aged 15 years and older.
